A turnkey ticketing service at a competitive price, built for independent venues and local organizers rather than arenas. We set it up, fit it to the way you already work, and stay on after launch.
Setup, configuration, website integration, staff training and launch support come as one package at no charge. You pay only the agreed fee on the tickets you sell.
"Many self-serve platforms" describes common practice, not any one company. Ask every vendor the same six questions.
We start from what your people need to get done, deliver something that works early, and keep adjusting it with you.
"I want arrivals spread across the day, so the line at the gate stops backing up."
Timed entry with a cap on each slot, and one scan to admit the whole party.
"I want online and on-site sales in one report, so I stop reconciling two systems."
Sales, attendance and revenue in one live view, readable from your phone.
"I want to know who my visitors are, so I can bring them back."
Guests buy on your site, so the customer list is yours. Promo codes, email and text are built in.
"I want to try a new system without betting the whole season on it."
Start with one event or one season. The launch package is free and the fee is agreed in writing.
"I want to keep the card machines and processor we already pay for."
You keep them, and the rates you negotiated. We work alongside what you run today.
"I want doors to open on time, even for a sold-out show."
Staff scan with phones, tablets or dedicated Android scanners, each ticket admits once, and scanning keeps working offline.
Independent venues and local organizers, not arenas. The platform is the same; the setup is shaped around how you sell.
Guided tours and time slots, special access, and allocations for resellers and tour operators.
Reserved seating and price zones, subscriptions, and one inventory for box office and online.
General admission and reserved seats, early-bird pricing, add-ons, and fast scanning when doors open.
General admission across multiple days, promo codes and mobile scanning at the gate.
Timed admission, encounters and rentals as add-ons, memberships and multi-day passes.
See the zoo offer →One system for selling, admitting, managing and growing. Use what you need now and add the rest when you are ready.
More tickets sold on your own website, with fewer abandoned checkouts.
Shorter lines at the gate, with Android scanners, phones or tablets.
One clear picture of the day, and less time spent reconciling it.
Reasons for guests to buy earlier, spend more and come back.
Need something the platform does not do yet? Our engineers build to fit your operation, scoped with you up front and written into your quote. Walk through a sample checkout
A pilot covers one event or one season, with every number agreed in writing before you begin. We work in short cycles: you see a working checkout early, and we adjust it with you as we go.
We learn your ticket types, schedules, website and payment setup, and pick one event or season to start with.
You agree the fee, and what you would pay afterwards, before you commit. The launch package is free for first-time partners.
We configure your events, prices and staff roles, and embed the checkout in your website.
Your team runs real scenarios with us: purchase, refund, scan at the door, reports.
We go live together, stay close through your first events and measure the results with you.

We are new to the United States, and we say so. TixSystem LLC is the platform's US branch, led by CEO Ben Toma, former Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives. Our first US partners get hands-on attention from the same team that runs the sites above. Meet the team
If yours is not here, ask us. We would rather answer it now than after you have signed.
Ask a questionNothing up front for first-time partners. Setup, configuration, website integration, staff training and launch support come as one launch package at no charge. You pay only the agreed fee on the tickets you sell, and that fee is in writing before you begin.
Yes. If you already run a POS and card machines, you keep them and the processing rates you negotiated. We do not replace them or bring our own unless you ask for that as a custom request. Online card payments are set up with you during discovery and documented in your written quote.
It depends on your gate. Smaller events can scan mobile and printed tickets with Android phones or tablets you already own. Busy gates, such as fairs, move faster with dedicated Android scanners that have a built-in barcode reader; we recommend models and quantities for your event. We can also set up a web-based scanner for iPhones.
We add the TixSystem checkout to your existing website so guests buy without leaving your domain. During discovery we review your site, ticket types and schedules, then configure and test the flow with your team before launch. Anything that needs custom development is identified and scoped up front.
A pilot is deliberately small: one event or one season. We agree a launch date with you during discovery and work in short cycles, so you see a working checkout early and can ask for changes before you go live.
A self-serve platform gives you a tool and leaves the work to you. We do the setup and integration with you, adapt the platform when you need something different, and give you a named person to call. Checkout stays on your website and the customer list stays yours.
No, and that is deliberate. Our US offer is built for independent venues and local organizers: museums, community theaters, independent music venues, local festivals and zoos. The big-arena platforms are set up for stadium tours. We are set up for venues that want their own checkout, their own customer list and a person who answers the phone.
For US venues, TixSystem will run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. It connects to your website through our API, card payments go through a payment processor, and each staff member has access only to what their role allows. Hosting, data location and security responsibilities for your venue are set out in your agreement.
You do. Guests buy from your website under your brand, and the sales and customer records belong to your organization.
You set the policy. Staff can issue refunds from the order, or refunds can be automated to follow your rules. Every refund is recorded, and how fees are treated is spelled out in your quote.
You have a named contact in Arizona, backed by our engineering team. Support hours, response times and event-day coverage are agreed in writing before you go live.
Tell us about your venue and we will set up a walkthrough around the way you sell today. Thirty minutes, no obligation.
